FAQs

  • Can you issue an electronic invoice?

Yes, we can issue electronic invoices in Spain for billing to government agencies or companies.

  • Do you have a physical store?

No, but if you're willing to come to Vic (Barcelona), we can meet and hand over whatever you need.

  • Do you ship to the Canary Islands without VAT?

Yes, no problem. Contact us at info@geologia365.com, and we'll prepare an invoice without VAT for you.

  • How long does an order for a Brunton compass with special balancing take?

Brunton manufactures their compasses in a nearly handcrafted way and balances the needles one by one according to very strict standards. For this reason, when we need to balance a compass outside of zone B or don’t have stock, it takes about 2 weeks to get it ready and ship it. In any case, we work closely with Brunton and coordinate to minimize delivery times as much as possible. Feel free to ask us!

  • Do you take orders for student groups?

Yes, and we offer attractive discounts for group orders. We ship throughout Europe and to various parts of the world. Contact us by email at info@geologia365.com or via WhatsApp at +34635871383.

Many universities have already shown interest!

  • How can I receive my order if I'm rarely at home?

No problem! During the payment process, you can choose delivery to a pickup point (store, locker, central hub, etc.), and they'll hold it for you until you collect it.

  • Do you supply products as wholesalers?

Yes, ask us about any product, whether it's in our catalog or not, and we can supply it in large quantities at wholesale prices.

  • I’m looking for a product that you don’t have in the catalog.

We are constantly researching and testing products to add them to our catalog. Ask about its availability, and we’ll assess the feasibility of including it.

  • How often do you make shipments and how long do they take?

We ship to the Peninsula every business day from Monday to Friday until 5:30 PM. Orders placed after 5:30 PM are shipped the next business day.

The average time to receive shipments is 2 days. In some cases, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and we can inquire and file claims with the transport company.

Shipments to Europe take an average of 7 business days.

  • Where do you ship?

We ship throughout Europe and to various countries around the world. Contact us for special shipping requests.
